The time I need to prepare an order for shipping in 3 days.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Standard Shipping Process

Our products are shipped through Thailand Post - Airmail register.

Shipping cost starts at 8 USD for the first item

- Each additional item : 5 USD

- Order over 320 USD : FREE shipping cost

Express shipping

- Express Shipping is available upon request. If there is an urgent need to get your purchase, please contact Maryloumygirl@gmail.com to arrange it.

- Express Shipping by DHL-Express cost starts from 25 USD depending on location.

- The express shipping service by DHL-Express usually takes approximately 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

- During holiday period, the shipping might be delayed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Your refund will be processed as soon as the product  you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 3 business days, Once the return has been approved, it takes 3 business days for the refund. Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Once the selected items are added to the cart, the system will automatically calculate total purchase price plus any additional fees. During checkout, you will be redirected to secure PayPal site to complete the payment information. Then you will be returned to the store to complete the remainder of the checkout process. With PayPal Express, you can reassure that every step of your payment is secure and simple.  The confirmation email with order information is sent out to you, once the transaction is completed. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days after the payment.
